""We absolutely LOVED the chateau. It is very beautiful, very modern in terms of bathrooms etc, and plenty of space for everyone. We had a couple of rainy days and we never found ourselves on top of one another in the house - lots of rooms to go and sit in and read/ watch tv etc. The pool is gorgeous - very clean and again, lots of seating outside to sit around on. The grounds are lovely, Andy and Suzanne do a great job in tending to them.Speaking of Andy and Suzanne - they are lovely - extremely helpful and not at all invasive. Very kind to the children, taking them to feed the donkey and goat in the field! Both very hard workers and thorough in their work. It was wonderful having Suzanne clean the house every day - it really took the pressure off of us to enjoy the holiday. they were a great resource for locations of doctors/ supermarkets etc
The facilities were great - washing machine/dryer and extra fridge. everything had been thought of - down to the towels for the pool waiting on the shelf near the back door. Little things like this make a big difference to a vacation.
There was no shortage of towels, the bed linen was gorgeous. In all a very comfortable house to stay in. I think what makes the difference is that this isnt just a rental, but someones home. You immediately feel at home yourself. It was a complete pleasure. My only regret is that we had to leave!!! I would love to have stayed another week, and may consider this next time. I would definately love to stay at the chateau again. Many thanks Laraine"  (Linda Macintyre, Jan 2011)

"14 adults and 11 children make their way to Chateau du Parc for a week to celebrate seven of the groups 40ths. People arrive from Malaysia, India, USA, Australia and England. I feel a great pressure for the place to be fantastic, being the person who organised it all. It didnt disappoint. Without exception everyone loved the property. It is clearly someones home and has retained that feeling. It has a used, historic and old school feeling and has not been effected by fashion. The gardens are beautiful and there is a great sense of space both in and outside. We were blessed with stunning weather and opted for dinners to be catered for. The cook and his wife were delightful, nothing was too much trouble and they really added to our experience.
The staff were efficient and very friendly. Overall a stunning, well managed property with lovely grounds and set in a beautiful, unspoilt part of France. 25 happy customers who will be back" (James Wood, June 2010)
