"Great restaurant chain, we have been to both the one at Chateauroux and Poitiers with the kids and the high chairs are on wheels so very easy to get settled in with kids in toe. A very wide choice of freshly cooked food at reasonable prices and even an ice cream bar to finish with. Play area for kids at the Poitiers store." (RR, Dec 2010)

"A fantastic restaurant offering a value for money lunch time menu. A large indoor restaurant and a very tranquil outdoor patio restaurant with children’s play area (not that large but enough to keep them entertained while you finish your glass of wine or coffee). High chairs available and hosts are very welcoming." (RR, Dec 2010)

"A great place to dine, children welcome and a wide choice selection of food on offer. Value for money fixed lunch time menu (around 15 euros per head) as well as a great menu if the fixed menu does not appeal. Ambiance and décor brilliant, great place to have lunch with your family, friends or on your own people watching." (RR, Dec 2010)

  • Casino, Poitiers

    Recommended by Rachel Roxburgh

Cafeteria offering a wide selection of hot freshly cooked food and a cold food buffet with a good array of salads. Plenty of seating and high chairs available – child friendly with a microwave on site to heat up any bottles or prepared food for babies.
C.C. GEANT, RUE LAFAYETTE - ZAE BEAULIEU, 86000 POITIERS.

  • Nota Bene, Montmorillon

    Recommended by Rachel Roxburgh

Centro Yoga Om, Vilanova i la Geltru Image

Pizza restaurant in the old part of Montmorillon with a wide selection of pizza’s and pasta dishes. 40 covers inside and plenty of seating outside when the weather is fine. Closed on Mondays.
    1 RUE DE LA POELERIE - 86500 Montmorillon. Tel : 05 49 91 65 93

    Comments:
"If you are looking for a great pizza then the Nota Bene will provide, with ample seating inside and table and chairs outside in the summer. Kids welcome but no highchairs available. The open plan kitchen allows you to see your pizza being created if you are seated in a good position. Do not expect to stay too late; we have been “encouraged” to leave on a couple of occasions around 10.30pm if we are the last customers." (RR, Dec 2010)
